Digital products . Because r digital products { including guides, templates, and planners } are delivered instantly via download , all digital sales are final. We do not accept returns , exchanges , or cancellations for digital files . if you experience and technical issues downloading your file , please contact us and we will be happy to assist you ! 

Apparel and Home Goods

All of our apparel and physical items are custom printed just for you when you order . Because of this , we do not accept returns or exchanges  for buyers remorse or sizing issues . However , if you items arrives damaged , misprinted ,or defective , please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item with a clear photo of the issue , and we will gladly issue a replacement or refund.
